An invitation, not a job posting.

We’re looking for licensed therapists who believe families navigating gender-related distress deserve a middle ground — care that makes room for a young person’s experience and a family’s values at the same time, without rushing anyone in any direction.

Who fits here

Our network includes clinicians from a range of professional, religious, political, and personal backgrounds — that range is the point. What unites them is an approach: help each person get clear on their own values first, then strengthen the relationships that hold them, drawing on modalities like ACT, attachment work, family systems, CBT, and mindfulness.

You remain fully independent. We coordinate and refer; you practice under your own license, set your own fees, and hold your own clinical judgment. We also understand this is a professionally sensitive area, and we don’t publish clinician names or profiles on this site.

If this sounds like how you already practice — or how you wish you could — email us. Tell us your license type, your state(s), and a little about how you work. We’ll take it from there.
