One email starts it.
Write to info@genderharmony.institute in your own words. There’s no form to get right and no wrong way to begin — “I don’t know where to start” is a perfectly good first line.
If it helps, include:
- Who the support is for (yourself, your child, a friend) and roughly their age
- Your state — therapy licensing works state by state
- Anything about your values or situation you want a therapist to understand
- How urgent things feel right now
We’ll reply to set up a free fifteen-minute conversation with our intake coordinator — a chance to talk through your situation and what options exist, before any commitments.
If you’d rather talk than write, say so in your email and we’ll schedule a call.
A note on urgency
We answer email as fast as one small organization can, but we are not a crisis line. If you or someone you love is in immediate danger, call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency number, right now.
