It’s okay to slow down.
If your child is questioning their gender — or told you something last week that changed your world overnight — you don’t have to have answers today. We help families find steady, licensed therapists and a calmer way through, anywhere in the country, by telehealth.
This is a place where your questions are welcome and your values aren’t discredited.
Whether someone in your family is experiencing what’s often called gender dysphoria, or your whole household is carrying the distress that can surround questions of gender, that distress is real — and it deserves care that doesn’t rush anyone, in any direction.
Who we’re here for
- Parents
Your instinct to pause is not a failure of love. Start here.
- Individuals
Support for exploring gender and identity at your own pace, wherever you are on that path.
- Detransition
Your situation is genuinely different, so it has its own page — and its own kind of care.
- Friends & advocates
You love someone who is transitioning, and you hold different values. You can still stay close.
How it works
- Send us an email Tell us a little about your situation — who the support is for, roughly their age, and your state. No forms, no gatekeeping.
- We talk Our intake coordinator offers a free fifteen-minute conversation to understand what you need and walk through the options honestly.
- We coordinate care We search our network for an independent licensed therapist who fits your family and your values, and we’re upfront that finding the right match can take time.
Clarity, then connection
Our approach has two movements. First, clarity: helping each person articulate their own values and sense of self, so they know where they stand. Then, connection: investing in relationships with people who may see things differently — without anyone having to abandon who they are.
We help people grow whole — in who they are, in their relationships, and in what they’re capable of.
The name is the point: harmony with yourself, harmony within your family, and harmony with your future. Not one at the expense of the others.
What we are — and what we aren’t
We are a small nonprofit that matches and coordinates. Therapy itself is provided by independent licensed clinicians, not by us.
Our intake coordinator is not a licensed therapist. Parent coaching is educational support for articulating values and navigating family conversations — it is not therapy or counseling, and we’ll always say so plainly.
Fees are set by each therapist, and insurance coverage varies. Because this is a specialized area with few clinicians, care may involve out-of-pocket cost. We’d rather tell you that now than after you’ve invested hope in it.
